In order to achieve our objective of advancing education among Black, Asian and other ethnic minorities and those from disadvantaged backgrounds, we provide a myriad of opportunities; encourage diversity and social mobility through our Legal Gateway scheme. All our career development opportunities, including two national programmes for young people - Today’s Children, Tomorrow’s Lawyers, First Headstart and Legal Launch Pad – and our mentoring programme – Make a Difference, Be the Difference - fall within our Legal Gateway Scheme.
